Welcome to FlyFreeIN. By using our service, you (“Sender” or “Carrier”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Service Description
We provide a platform that connects individuals who need normal or urgent deliveries (“Senders”) with travelers (“Carriers”) already headed to the same destination. The Sender delivers the parcel to the Carrier, who then transports it on their flight. The Receiver collects the package at the destination airport.
User Eligibility
- Senders and Carriers must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- Carriers must have a valid flight ticket for the destination.
Responsibilities of Senders
By using our service, Senders must agree to:
- Provide accurate package details, including dimension, weight, contents, and value.
- Ensure the package does not contain prohibited or illegal items as per airline regulation and local law..
- Properly package and seal the item for safe transport.
- Deliver the package to the Carrier as agreed upon.
- Arrange a receiver who can collect the package from the carrier at the destination airport on time.
Responsibilities of Carriers
By using our service, Carriers must agree to:
- Safely transport the package on their flight.
- Ensure compliance with airline baggage policies.
- Deliver the package to the Receiver at the agreed location (typically the destination airport).
- Notify the Sender immediately if any issues arise during transit.
- Receive the payment after successful delivery.
Prohibited Items
Senders must not send:
- Illegal substances (drugs, alcohol in restricted regions, etc.).
- Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable items, chemicals).
- Weapons or restricted objects (guns, knives, sharp objects).
- Perishable goods that could spoil during transit.
- Cash, valuable jewelry, or high-value electronics without prior agreement.
Carriers have the right to inspect the package before accepting it.
Payment Terms
- Payment is handled securely through our platform or a mutually agreed method.
Liability & Disclaimer
- We only facilitate connecting Senders and Carriers and do not handle the transportation directly.
- Senders are responsible for the contents of their packages.
- Carriers are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful transport.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the Carrier.
Dispute Resolution
- If disputes arise between a Sender and Carrier, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue privately.
- If no resolution is reached, we may mediate but do not guarantee refunds or compensations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If a Sender cancels before assigning a carrier, no payment is required.
- If the Sender cancels after handover but before the Carrier’s flight, a 20% cancellation fee applies, and the Sender will receive an 80% refund. The Sender is responsible for picking up the parcel from the Carrier.
- If the package is lost or damaged due to negligence, resolution will be handled between Sender and Carrier.
Parcel Collection Policy:
- The Carrier must notify the Receiver immediately after landing at the destination airport so the Receiver can coordinate pickup.
- The Carrier must wait at least 30 minutes outside the destination airport so the Receiver has sufficient time to meet them.
- The Receiver must collect the package at the destination airport within the agreed time.
- If the Receiver fails to pick up the parcel within the given time, they must collect it from a location the Carrier suggests.
- The company is not responsible for any delays caused by the Receiver’s failure to collect the parcel on time.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal details of Senders and Carriers will be kept confidential and only shared as required for delivery.
- We do not sell or misuse user data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
